Cancellations  As stated on the AirBnB booking site

We ask that you do not wear footwear inside the cottage that may damage the polished timber floors & vinyl covered floors.

Damage to fixtures, fittings and linen, excepting fair 'wear and tear', will be charged at replacement value.

Confirmation of Booking thru Sustainable Accommodation

For stays longer than 7 days, 5 days security rental is payable 14 days prior to arrival paid direct to Sustainable Accommodation. Then the balance of weekly rental payments in advance prior to arrival.

Once booked with either AirBnB or Sustainable Accommodation, you will receive a booking confirmation.

Information regarding how to obtain the "keys" for the level you have booked will be provided within 7 days before your arrival date.

Please note that in making a reservation, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
